We all are proud of our “friends, relatives, family friends and distant relatives“. We talk to each other face to face or on a phone, whenever there is occassion. And when there is no occasion, then we create “occasions” so that we can have some wonderful time with them. After all these people are the people we know personally and hence we feel comforted when we have frequent interactions with them.
Sometimes, though it becomes very frustrating to just answer the phone calls from those people whose voice we fail to recognize.
These people from whom we get phone calls, may not belong to the categories mentioned above, but they may be the “friends, relatives, family friends and distant relatives” of our “friends, relatives, family friends and distant relatives” mentioned above.
And when we get the phone calls from these “known anonymous” people, then quite a conversation it becomes.
My only one question to “known anonymous” people is that - Cant they just tell their names and reveal their identities when they call us ?
To just give an example ... if we get a call from these so called “known anonymous” people ... some people just dont tell their name ... but instead ask “Aap kaun hai ?”, “Aap ki mathashri ko bulao”, “Aap ke Pithashri ko bulao”, “Aap kya kar rahe ho ?”, etc.
How are we actually supposed to give details / answer their questions unless we know who they really are ?
Then ... if we ask the name and identity of the person concerned ... they get angry ... they stop speaking for some time ... and again ask those questions ...
I just fail to understand, what really makes them not reveal their identiy as soon as the conversation starts on the phone ?
Oh ... maybe they think they are the princes / princesses of some princely states ... very famous people ... who get all the headlines in the media (maybe for right reason / wrond reason !) ... and they think they are the Rajas / Ranis and they expect us to know who they really are !
Ok ... if they are Rajas / Ranis ... they my advice would be they employ a “trumpet blower” announcing their identity ... like “Raja dhi raja ... raja maarthanda ... raja gambhira ... raja something something ... “
And after some 10 minutes of wasting our time with such non-sense ... they reveal their real identity ... “you know, i am the smallest daughter of the eldest son of so and so ... who is a relative of your fathers' dad's elder brother's cousin !”
And the amazing thing to watch out is ... even after their history linking to present family roots of the person at the other end ... they still dont tell their name !
Doesnt it sound nice to just hear the people tell their names at the foremost ... and it surely makes a great impression on the mind of the other person's mind straight away ... right ?
I think announcing the name of the person straight away is like “Making an entrance Kingsize” ... and very pleasing to ears at the other end ...
When are people going to change ?
